Editorial policy

We publish guides to help you work out what your website or business software needs. This page explains who is responsible for the content, how we check it and how to request a correction.

Who is responsible for the articles?

DesignJust4You is responsible for newer guides credited to the “DesignJust4You editorial team”. This byline represents the company’s shared editorial responsibility. You can send questions about an article or a proposed correction directly to our team.

Archive articles identify the publisher and retain their original publication date. Where an individual author is unconfirmed, we do not attribute the article to a named person. Statistics in older articles should be read in the context of their publication date.

Which sources do we use?

Our practical examples draw on project documentation, public views of delivered solutions and the confirmed scope of our work. For platform capabilities and search engine guidance, we primarily use official documentation. Where a claim depends on an external source, we link to it when it is publicly available.

Project materials may contain information that cannot be published. In those cases, we describe the permitted project scope without disclosing private client or user data. You can see our public examples in the portfolio.

What do our examples represent?

We explain who a solution serves, which functions it covers and what we contributed to the project. Concepts, our own products and client projects are identified according to their actual status. An illustrative workflow explains an approach; the scope of each project will differ.

Prices and delivery times apply to the stated conditions. We describe improvements in sales, inquiries or search rankings as achieved results only when suitable measurements support them. A screen design alone does not demonstrate a business outcome.

How do we review content?

Technical review covers the described functions, sources and limits of a recommendation. Language review focuses on clarity, repetition and readability. These are separate steps: a well-written sentence can still contain an incorrect fact.

Content preparation and editing tools can help with drafts, translations and language checks. DesignJust4You takes responsibility for what it publishes. Tool use does not replace checks of facts and project claims.

When do we change an article’s date?

The publication date preserves the article’s first appearance. We display “Updated” when we add or change substantive information, an example or a recommendation. Such updates have a recorded reason and change history. A minor language correction or layout change does not count as a new publication.

How can you report an error?

Send the article URL, the sentence in question and a source or explanation for the correction to [email protected]. You can also use our contact form. We will review the report and amend the article when a correction is needed.
