Search follows the traveller’s decision
Travellers often start with a destination, a travel month or a budget. We connected the catalogue with filters that support those decisions: location, departure month, transport, board and price. Selected filters remain visible alongside the results, and visitors can sort and compare offers.
Offer cards combine accommodation photography with the main travel details. Accommodation pages and travel programmes provide a closer view. When a search returns no results, the visitor sees an explanation and can broaden the selection or reset the filters.
The agency manages its catalogue through administration
The public website is supported by an administrative area for arrangements, hotels, destinations and editorial content. Accommodation details can be reused across offers, while dates and prices are managed with the relevant arrangement. Organising the offering is therefore part of the system itself.
Settings allow the agency name, logo, colours and contact details to be changed. The same foundation can take on an agency’s identity, alongside the content and information its team maintains. We developed the system as a web application accessed through a browser.
Prices and availability need context
Price displays distinguish a charge per person from a price per accommodation unit. The budget filter uses per-person prices so that visitors do not compare different price bases as though they were equivalent. Availability is connected with departures and the information entered for each offer.
- Search connects a traveller’s criteria with the offer catalogue.
- Editors manage offers and the agency’s core visual identity.
- Public pages present the accommodation, programme and terms of the selected offer.
What does the public demo show?
Azur Travel Demo presents the capabilities of our system. Its offers, prices and reviews are demonstration content. Public enquiry submission and newsletter signup are disabled, so browsing the demo does not purchase or reserve a trip.
Adapting the system for an agency starts with its actual content, business information and enquiry workflow. This project combines web application development with administration for a specific business. When an agency’s processes require additional capabilities, we define that scope through custom software development.
